To make our students aware of the upcoming international event, we launched a series of London Olympics Awareness Week activities at our school.
為了讓小朋友對即將登場的這項重大國際活動有所覺知，我們進行了一系列的倫敦奧運週活動。

Starting May 1, there is a display of books by UK authors at the school library.
首先自五月一日開始，學校圖書館推出英國作家書展。

Then a group of 6th grade students tell everyone about the stories and activities of the Olympic game in a play performed during assembly time.
六年級小朋友在週會時間演出短劇，跟大家分享奧運的故事和精彩活動。

A learning wall about the the country that hosts the London 2012 Olympics is set up.
Students learn about UK’s general information and its famous sights and people.
學校川堂佈置了介紹倫敦奧運主辦國的國際教育櫥窗，讓小朋友認識英國的基本資料、著名景點及名人。

We have our school sports day on May 9 for this semester.
An Olympic-style opening ceremony is held to start off the game and to remind everyone to honor the Olympic spirit in all competition.
五月九日是本學期的小型運動會，我們仿奧運模式進行了一個小小的開幕儀式，提醒小朋友要秉持奧運精神進行所有競賽活動。
