Principal Sasaki, 6 teachers and 58 students from Ikeda Elementary School visit us today.
池田小學的佐佐木校長、六位老師及58位小朋友在今日訪校交流。
A formal welcoming ceremony is held at the assembly hall. 我們在禮堂舉行了正式的歡迎會。
Principal Chen, Principal Sasaki and student representatives from both schools give a short speech.

Our students welcome the Japanese friends with creative percussion dance and diabolo performance.
本校小朋友以創意打擊樂舞曲及扯鈴表演歡迎我們的日本友人。
The Ikeda students give a very informative preseatation about their school safety measures.
池田小朋友則上台展示了該校的安全教育措施,非常具教育意義。
After the ceremony, the Ikeda students are placed in our five 6-grade classes.
歡迎會結束,池田小朋友分組進入本校六年級五個班級中。
Each class then begins a series of fun activities.
各班隨即進行一系列有趣的活動。
The students play diabolo together. 學生們一起學扯鈴。
They make beautiful stone and wire sunfish together. 一起製作美麗的銅線鵝卵石曼波魚。
They make aboriginal bamboo-tube rice together. 一起製作原住民竹筒飯。
They learn aboriginal dance together. 一起學跳原住民舞蹈。
And they explore our campus and do a challenge sheet together.
一起探索校園,完成闖關學習單。
Then they have lunch together. 然後大家一起享用午餐。
After lunch, the students exchange contact information and chat or play together.
午餐後,小朋友們交換通訊資料,聊天玩遊戲。
Then it is farewell time. Everyone gets together for a group photo and to say good-bye to each other.
道別的時刻到了,全體集合拍照留念,互道珍重。
Though the time is short and communication is difficult due to language differences,
all the students try their best to be friendly to each other.
雖然時間很短暫,語言溝通也不太容易,但每個人都努力展現友誼的一面。
We hope the friendship between the two schools will continue to prosper,
希望兩校的友誼能持續增長
and we will meet again soon!
